Order & Shipping

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package either on our website or directly through the carrier’s site.

Please verify your shipping address before finalising your order to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to make any changes afterward, contact our support team right away. Changes are possible as long as the order hasn’t been shipped.

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection, pick your favourite items, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready to complete your purchase, go to the checkout page, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order.

Payments

We offer several payment options for your convenience, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

We no longer accept Klarna as a payment method.

Returns & Refunds

We aim to process orders quickly, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. We can usually make changes if the order has not yet been shipped.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Please make sure the item is in its original condition, including all tags and packaging. Note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Adding a garment to your online shopping cart does not reserve the item. If you do not wish to miss out please proceed with payment to secure your styles.
